- Contacting you with updates, session reminders, or follow-up information relevant to your coaching journey.
- Your data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We share information only as required by law or to comply with legal processes, in alignment with the ICF Code of Ethics.

Session Confidentiality: All information shared during coaching sessions is strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to anyone unless required by law, necessary for your safety or that of others, or you give explicit permission to share specific information. For some coaching clients, you may be invited to give permission for sharing recordings of your sessions with audit coaches. This is for the purposes of auditing John Cheng’s coaching approach.
